LOCATION
The meetings are held online on the online platform Zoom, so you can follow them from the comfort of your home or studio.
DATES AND TIMES
The date and time are defined from time to time; the time slots within which meetings can be scheduled are from 11 am to 1 pm and from 4pm to 8 pm, according to the needs of the student and the availability of the teacher. It is also possible to plan and book packages of multiple meetings a time.
The optimal recommended time between one meeting and another is one or two weeks, to be able to work independently in the period that elapses between meetings
REGISTRATION FEES
The fee for a single meeting is 40 euros for one hour, 70 euros for two hours. If you book a package of several meetings in a single solution, discounts will be applied.
MATERIALS AND TOOLS
If necessary, information will be given prior to the meeting on any useful tools and materials.
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
After setting the date and time via email and / or telephone contact, you will receive a confirmation email, and it will be essential to pay the fee within 48 hours, either via Paypal or by bank transfer (in this case a copy of the payment account must be sent via email).
To participate it is essential to have paid the fee at least one week before the meeting.
Consequently, registrations must be formalized at least 9 DAYS before the agreed date.
If payments aren’t formalized within indicated time, the agreed space will be considered no longer booked and will have to be requested again.
Like for all our courses, membership to the Association is required (annual fee 30 euros).
CANCELLATION - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Registration must be canceled upon written note.
In case of cancellation the fee will be refunded, withholding 20% as cancellation fee.
In case of cancellation after the registration deadline, the fee will not be refunded.
No refund is to be expected by students who have registered but, without further communication, do not participate in the meeting.
